The Chef Behind the Brand

Meet Chef Big Will

It started in Monticello, Florida, a small town about thirty miles east of Tallahassee, in a house full of brothers where the moment one kitchen got going, the whole neighborhood came over. Cooking was the thing Antwan "Chef Big Will" Williams was good at, so he set out to learn everything he could about it.

One summer afternoon in 2008, his youth minister stopped by mid-cook and told him to go to culinary school. He enrolled that October, graduated in 2010, and found his calling. In August 2025, with his fiancée Brittany Butler, he made it a brand: Antwan's Creations, built to bring people together through unforgettable food, creativity, and genuine hospitality.

Private Dinner

Starts at $475 for two

Includes an intimate table setting, bread, a drink, and a minimum of three courses: appetizer, entree, and dessert. The client curates the menu or chooses the Chef’s selection. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, milestone, or simply want to enjoy the luxury of a private chef catering to your culinary needs, we would be delighted to host you.

All packages begin at the rates listed above. Final pricing is customized to your menu, guest count, service style, and location, and is confirmed in a written quote before booking.

Booking & deposit terms

For events with more than 50 guests, please complete the inquiry form in detail. A 65% nonrefundable deposit is required no later than two weeks prior to the event. Package rates are starting rates; final pricing is customized and confirmed in writing before your date is held.
